Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following functions:
Inform & update status of ongoing orders.
Perform daily operation, updating reports.
Coordinate the activities with internal departments, factories & subcontractors for ongoing orders.
Coordinate with shipping companies and trading companies for all pending issues in order to reach on time delivery.
Communicate & build good relationship with clients.
Prepare relevant reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in International Trading or English
Relevant working experience in similar position is preferred..
With excellent communication abilities.
Good knowledge in computer skills (Office & Windows)
Fluent in English, mandarin
